Lal founded Ana-Data Consulting inc. in 1993. He has been in the IT business for over 15 years. His experience includes developing and managing application development projects at IBM, Coopers and Lybrand and Pitney Bowes. He has designed and implemented data warehouses using Business Intelligence tools for fortune 100 companies - including AT&T, Cadbury Schweppes, Merrill Lynch, Nabisco and Unilever. Lal obtained his BSc. (Hons) in Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University in UK and MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut USA.

Ravi has over fifteen years of experience in design, development and implementation of n-tier applications. Ravi has extensive experience in developing large scale enterprise web applications using Microsoft .Net and Windows DNA architecture. His area of expertise includes .Net, RAD tools, C/C++, C#, XML, SQL Server and Oracle. He has designed and implemented systems for UNICEF, Fujitsu, Merrill Lynch and large financial institutions. Ravi obtained his B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Hyderabad Central University and BSc. in Statistics from Madras University.

Dipak has more than a decade of expertise in developing Internet / Intranet software products. He was also a member of the strategic architecture team responsible for developing a Liquidity Risk Management system, serving global risk needs. Dipak has made significant contributions to Global Collateral Optimization initiatives. He has worked with Merrill Lynch, AIG and several Asset Management companies. Dipak has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in MediaLab Arts at Plymouth University, England.

The youngest in the leadership team has 5 years of experience in implementing high quality, scalable and extendable technology solutions. He brings with him the enthusiasm and the latest technology vision for the organization. His expertise includes developing the windows and web based applications in C#, Asp.Net, SQL Server, WPF, WCF, CAB and Silverlight. He provides professional consulting services in delivering custom Sharepoint solutions across various versions.

Manu has a BE in Information Technology from MD University (Rohtak), India and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University, New York.

Vipul has almost a decade of experience in software engineering and development management. With 4 years of Financial Services experience and a foundation in mission critical applications including Document Management system, he brings his skill and discipline to enterprise .Net Smart Client workstations for Hedge Funds and Asset Management firms. Vipul has made significant contributions in Pricing division of Citigroup building workflow applications to streamline Pricing Exception management process. His areas of expertise include C#, C/C++, SQL Server, Windows Forms, ASP.NET and CAB. He has also set the standard in Continuous Integration and Agile Development to bring quality applications to users quicker and easier. Vipul has a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, India.
